BEFORE use
Before first use: wash the pan with warm water and dishwashing liquid, rinse well, and dry thoroughly.

DURING use
Always leave 6.5 cm of space above the roasting pan when using an oven or grill. Never place the mini roasting pan on the bottom of the oven, always on a grill or baking tray. If you use the microwave, only cover the top of the oven dish. The handles of the oven dish can get hot, so be careful when removing the oven dish from the microwave.
DO NOT put a frozen dish in a preheated oven. Instead, place the baking dish with the frozen dish in the cold oven and then set the desired temperature.

AFTER use
Clean the Le Creuset Mini Dutch Oven by wiping any residue from the bottom and sides. The Mini Dutch Oven is dishwasher-safe, but it must be run through a full cycle. Otherwise, it's best to hand-wash and dry the Mini Dutch Oven. Do not use abrasive cleaners or brushes on the surface. For optimal use, we recommend using this product according to the instructions and maintaining it regularly.
