GreenPan - Apex Frying Pan 28 cm

The Apex Hybrid Frying Pan 28 cm by GreenPan is the pan for when you want to sear a steak properly without it sticking. You get the power of stainless steel, with the convenience of a non-stick coating that simply lets food release. Thanks to its large size, you have room for larger portions.

It comes from GreenPan's Apex series. The special thing about this series is the hybrid construction: an etched stainless steel pattern sits above the ceramic non-stick coating. This allows you to cook at high temperatures, and meat, fish, and vegetables become beautifully crispy without sticking or burning on.

Unique features and specifications

• Hybrid construction: The etched stainless steel pattern is on top of the non-stick coating. Your food comes into direct contact with the stainless steel, so you get a beautiful sear, even at high temperatures. At the same time, everything releases easily, as you would expect from a non-stick pan.
• 3-layer stainless steel with an aluminium core: Heat spreads quickly and evenly across the entire pan. This means fewer hotspots and better cooking results.
• Thermolon™ 9G ceramic non-stick coating: This layer is reinforced with diamond and is PFAS-free according to GreenPan.
• Thermobond™ technology: This keeps the non-stick coating firmly attached to the pan.
• Oven-safe up to 220°C: You can simply put the pan in the oven after searing to finish cooking.
• Suitable for all heat sources: Gas, induction, electric, halogen, ceramic, and oven.
• Stainless steel handle with an ergonomic shape: Fits comfortably in your hand and remains easy to handle.
• Size and finish: Diameter 28 cm, matte silver. The Apex series is available from 20 to 30 cm.

Lifetime guarantee
You get a lifetime guarantee on manufacturing and material defects. The ceramic non-stick coating has a two-year guarantee from the date of purchase. The guarantee only applies to domestic use and if you follow the usage and maintenance instructions. Normal wear and tear, such as discoloration and scratches, is not covered.

A wonderful gift
A good frying pan is a gift that someone will enjoy for years. Ideal for a move, a wedding, or for someone who loves to cook and wants to cook healthily. You can give one of these with confidence, and you would be happy to receive one yourself.

Use & maintenance
A few simple rules will keep your pan in good condition for a long time:

• Let the pan heat up gradually. Do not turn the heat up to full immediately.

• Only add oil to the pan when it is warm or hot. This is when the combination of stainless steel and non-stick coating works best.

• Let the pan cool down gradually before cleaning it. Do not rinse it under cold water while it is still hot.

• Wash by hand. The pan is dishwasher-safe, but we recommend hand washing. This keeps the non-stick coating in good condition for the longest time.

In short: a frying pan that sears like stainless steel and lets food release like non-stick. Order the Apex Hybrid Frying Pan 28 cm by GreenPan from Kookgigant and start serving a steak with a beautiful crust, without the hassle, from today.
