Use & maintenance
Maintenance tips and recommendations
Clean the knives by hand in lukewarm water and dry them thoroughly. Avoid the dishwasher to keep the blade and handle in optimal condition.
Sharpen regularly
Use a whetstone or sharpening steel to maintain the razor-sharp edge. This will extend the life of the knife and ensure continued cutting ease.
Storage
Store your knives safely in a knife block or on a magnetic strip to protect the cutting edge and prevent damage.
Correct substrate
Preferably use a wooden cutting board. This prevents the blade from dulling and contributes to a longer lifespan of your knives.
