- 5-layer AUS10 Steel
- Unique knives, no one is the same
- Ergonomic handle for long cutting pleasure
- Hardened to 60 HRC
Beautiful handle
The Ame knives are characterized by their unique handle with Rain Pattern. The beautiful handle is made of Masur. Masur is a birch in which the annual rings grow in different directions - instead of vertically as usual with a tree. Masur is highly sought after because it is incredibly beautiful and considerably harder than normal wood.
Handmade in detail
Because the knives are handmade, attention has been paid to every detail during production. This way you get the best quality Japanese knives.
A real all-rounder
Kiritsukes are beautiful knives with a long blade to make long and whole cuts, giving you fine slices of raw fish or other ingredients that need to be finely chopped. The blades must be kept sharp to give clean and fine cuts. Therefore, do not forget to order a knife sharpener from Kookgigant.
