Step 1. Quick search

At KookGigant you can easily search. At the top center of the page there is a search menu so you can quickly find the right product by entering a search term. You can search by product name, product type, but also by color or item number. As soon as you enter a search term, all relevant search results will immediately appear. This way you can quickly see which products from our online shop match your search terms. Simply search for example:

• Chef's knife
• Baking pan
• Knife set
• Cutting board

Keywords can be entered in any order, but please note that there is a space between each keyword or search number.

Step 2. Add to cart

Search results with us are just like a photo gallery, but for products! Click on a product photo or title and bam! All the details of the product appear there, incredibly beautiful: the material, the price, how you can use it and more! And to top it all off, some products even have their own show time in videos.

If you prefer to be more targeted, our navigation menu is for you. You can browse through our webshop like a true explorer, because almost all our products are ready for you. Click on one and voilà, there are all the products in that category! And yes, the same applies again: click on the photo or title for more information and to easily put the product in your shopping cart. Easy is not it?

Step 3. Cut the knot (with our cleaver 🙂)

You can now choose whether to continue shopping or complete your order. Would you like to change something about your order? Then click on the ''continue shopping'' button.

When you want to pay, click on the "Checkout immediately" button. Our ordering process takes a few simple steps. Please complete all fields correctly and complete the payment!

Step 4. Waiting for your order…

After completing the payment, you will be redirected to our website with confirmation that the order was successful. You will then receive a confirmation by email, and we will start processing your order! That's very well organised, isn't it? We wish you a lot of fun with our product(s)!

You can use the unique code at the Checkout. Once you have your desired product(s) in the shopping cart, it is time to use the discount code. For this purpose we have the option 'discount code or gift voucher' in the Checkout. Click on this, copy and paste your code and press “Apply”. The code can only be used once. Have you not used the code before but the code does not work? Please contact us, we will quickly arrange for you to use your code!

We only do this for large orders, contact our customer service here and ask about the options.

Unfortunately, once you have ordered and paid, we will immediately process your order. Therefore it is not possible to cancel the order.

This can happen of course, fill in our contact form and clearly tell us what went wrong and what the correct information is, we will arrange it for you very quickly!
